I still cannot find a straight answer to this question which is because if a business is only willing to commit one million dollars to a marketing program (as John Oliver has said he needs to do), you must do the other things that you would like, without knowing exactly how it will work (e.g. providing an overview who’s who/business from your sales product, email list etc.).
